Powered by the robust HiKOKI G23SC4 motor, this heavy-duty tool is engineered to deliver exceptional cutting performance in 5N block, 10N–20N load-bearing block, and 50–60N reinforced concrete with the appropriate diamond blade configuration.

Cutting Performance by Blade Type
It is essential to use the correct diamond blade for the material you’re working with. Always consult your blade supplier for the most suitable match. We’ve developed a specialized range of Laserchaser blades over the past 15 years, each engineered for different on-site materials:
⚫ D180 Black Premium Blade – For 10N–20N Load-Bearing Block
- Cuts approx. 1500 meters at 25mm depth
- Designed for commercial-grade block and medium load-bearing applications
- Can also cut 5N block faster, though blade life will decrease
🟤 D180 Bronze Premium Blade – For 50N–60N Concrete
- Cuts approx. 800+ meters in hard materials
- Engineered for mass concrete, natural stone, and high-strength block
- Not suitable for soft blocks (5–10N) due to rapid blade wear
⚪ D180 White Economy Blade – For 5N Block
- Cuts approx. 500 meters at 25mm depth
- Ideal for non-load-bearing blocks in private homes
- Not suitable for block strength above 20N
