Terms and Conditions of Use & Sale

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are the legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Laserchaser, located at Unit 1 Fairview Cl, Richmond Ave, Drumcondra, D02WN80, Ireland  (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using our website (www.laserchaser.ie) and/or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make purchases.

2. Definitions

• “Content” means any information, text, graphics, images, or other material presented on our website.

• “Goods” means any product listed or sold through our website.

• “Carrier” means any third-party delivery service contracted to deliver Goods.

• “Our Website” includes all pages under the domain www.laserchaser.ie.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with other users’ access, misuse the content, or violate our intellectual property.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to Laserchaser. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods. Orders are accepted upon dispatch of Goods. We reserve the right to refuse orders and will issue refunds within 30 days where applicable.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at 23% as per Irish tax regulations.

• Prices and availability may change without notice.

• Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment details.

7. Delivery and Risk

• We aim to dispatch within 14 days of order unless otherwise agreed.

• Delivery is to the address you provide. Goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.

• Risk passes to you upon delivery.

• You may collect Goods from our warehouse by appointment.

8. Returns and Defects

• Returns are accepted only for defective Goods or with prior written agreement.

• Defects must be reported within 12 months.

• You must notify us at david@laserchaser.ie with details before returning any Goods.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless required by law.

• Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Goods.

10. Privacy

Your use of our site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality and for all activity under your login credentials.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against all claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of our site or Goods.

13. Website Security

You agree not to misuse the website, including hacking, data mining, or denial-of-service attacks.

14. Foreign Sales

Buyers outside Ireland are responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws and for paying duties or taxes due.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

16. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties agree to mediate before resorting to litigation. Irish law governs these terms and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes your acceptance.
